Skuld Annual General Meeting 3 September 2026

At the Annual General Meeting of Assuranceforeningen Skuld (Gjensidig) held in Oslo, Norway, on 3 September 2026, members and clients received reports on matters of importance in relation to the Association’s business. Furthermore, annual elections were held.

Skuld reported positive half-year result for 2026/27

Skuld delivered a strong result of USD 47 million for the first six months of the 2026/27 financial year. The increase was driven by solid underwriting performance, premium growth, and positive investment returns.

General notice of cancellation and reinstatement in respect of certain war risks: Indian Ocean, Gulf of Aden and Red Sea

In light of concerning developments in the Red Sea area, the Association has received a notice of cancellation and reinstatement from its reinsurers in respect of certain commercially reinsured war risks. As a result, we are therefore issuing our corresponding Notice of cancellation and reinstatement to our Assureds with respect to war risks.
